Pics below: as part of our street art tour of Melbourne this morning we were shown down the lane outside the Cherry Bar. Our guide/artist co-painted the large lips and tongue and designed and co-painted the image of the baby attached to the rib cage guitar.

The guide told us that this second image took him and another artist about six hours to paint. He said he came up with the idea of the image whilst looking at the blank grey wall, saying he just sketched the idea on the spot  on a piece of cardboard.

He told us he had played in heavy metal bands and that these were also popular at the Cherry Bar. Hence is choice of image.

He is in these photos with black cap, sunglasses, black T shirt with white hands image and black pants.
