My husband Mike' dog Bindi ( pic below) is a 13.5 y.o New Zealand Hunterway. She loves the nearby paddocks at our new home in Botanic Ridge, South of Cranbourne.

Pic below: we visited our youngest daughter Nic who now lives with her family in Torwood, on Australia Day. Her three female dogs: Winnie (red Groodle puppy), Delilah ( white Labradoodle) and Lola (Brown Labradoodle) were chilled a lot of the time.

We took these pics  below at Botanic Ridge where we now live.

Pics below: I took our eldest grandson Jack (10) to Seaford beach today. It was glorious weather and he loved searching for sea creatures.

Pic below: our youngest daughter Nicola and her husband Paul have decorated their new home - a ranch style farmhouse. This main bedroom used to be the living room.

Pics below: My husband Mike and I had lunch at a Spanish restaurant Puerto in Patterson Lakes overlooking the water. My sister Sue took this pic as she had also joined us for lunch.

Pic above; delicioius home made biscuits ( choc chip, lemon and coconut, pistaccio and cranberry, cranberry and white chocolate) made by my sister Sue for husband Mike and me. to welcome the New Year but also as part of a housewarming present for our new home pictured below. We move there in three days/

I visited Blackburn Lake last Thursday when there was almost 100 percent humidity and a top of 38 deg C. The noise of frogs and cicadas was almost deafening in anticipation of the heavy downpour to follow.
