I haven't been to most of those countries but have visited these places outside Australia: New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, England, Wales, Scotland, Canada, U.S, Guernsey, Norfolk Island, Indonesia (Bali), Singapore, Cambodia, New Caledonia, Fiji, Vanuatu, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Austria and France (Paris).
