WE HAD LUNCH IN THIS BEAUTIFUL RESTUARANT, EL RANCHERO, BUILT BY THE OWNER CARLOS. HE SPEAKS SPANISH, PORTUGUESE, SOME FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
