Pics below: I took our sixth grandchild Niesa (4) to Tooradin this morning where she enjoyed checking footprints on the sand, watching small mudcrabs and playing on the lighthouse playground equipment. 

Pics below: I took our almost 11 y.o grandson Jack to Blackburn Lake today. He enjoyed peering into the water for fish.

Pics below: our youngest daughter Nicola celebrated her birthday today with a trip to the snow ( Mt Baw Baw) along with husband Paul and their three children. 

Pics below: husband Mike and I took our two dogs Bindi (14.5yrs, black and tan) and Woogie (10.5yrs, beagle spaniel x) to Venus Bay for five nights, returning yesterday. It was very windy with hail and strong winds most days but we braced ourselves and walked along the beach each day as well as along the sheltered laneway behind the holiday house. On one occasion we were blasted with hail as waves encroached us. Our youngest daughter and three children were with us and had to drive home to Torwood drenched and hailed upon.
